\"\"Born on February 26, 1985 in Yerevan. In 2001 graduated from Yerevan School No. 88 and in the same year started higher education at the Yerevan State Institute of Economics (ASUE), graduated with honors in 2006, receiving a master’s degree in economics. Is a PhD in Economics (in the field of tax policy). Authored “Taxes and Tax Collection” (Yerevan, RA NAS “Gitutyun” ed., 2010, 600 pages), as well as “Economics of Business Development” incentives in RA” (Yerevan, Areg publishing house, 2007, 174 pages) monographs. In 2013 defended his doctoral thesis, receiving the scientific degree of Doctor of Economics. He graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (USA, Boston, 2009). He is the author of 80 scientific articles and 3 monographs. He participated in several international conferences: “Free Market, Free Man and Free Thought” (Georgia, 2007), “Global Capitalism and Personal Freedom” (Ukraine, Alushta, 2007), “The Austrian School of Economics and its Role in the Modern Economy” in education” (New York, USA, 2009), “Enterprise management in Caucasian countries” (Japan, Sapporo, 2009). He is a full member of the RA Association of Accountants and Auditors, as well as a member of the board of the Association, as well as a member of the board of directors of the Association of Internal Auditors. Member of the Economic Commission of the Union of Businessmen. He has auditor and accountant qualification licenses.\u00a0Work experience:<\/span><\/p>\n

2011-2013:<\/b><\/span> tax and legal department manager, “<\/i>PricewaterhouseCoopers Armenia”<\/span><\/em>\u00a0LLC,<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2013:<\/b><\/span> the head of the company’s tax and accounting department (partner), Grant Toronto,<\/span><\/p>\n

June 2022 to 2023 April:<\/b><\/span> Director, the Institute of Economics after M. Kotanyan NAS RA,<\/span><\/p>\n
