The institute occupies 2 floors and an area of 657.9 m2 (with unlimited use rights), which consists of 23 offices (including the rooms occupied by the management staff), has 51 employees, of which 35 are researchers, and 16 are service staff (as of April 2024).

  • An autonomous heating system is in use in the Institute.
  • Most of the rooms have air conditioners.
  • All researchers, administrative staff, and the management of the institute are provided with high-quality computers and Internet availability.
  • 2378 books in the library of the institute are completely digitized.
  • All offices of the Institute are equipped with hangers (for the coats and outerwear) with appropriate mirrors.
  • All employees have separate computer desks, which make their working activities more comfortable.
  • On the second floor of the Institute, there is a notice board and a book showcase, where copies of the books published in the institute are displayed.
  • The archive of the Institute is also located on the 2nd floor of the institute.
  • The bathrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the institute have been completely renovated, and European windows have been installed on both floors, which make the rooms heat-insulating, especially in the winter months.
  • The institute also has a large lecture hall on the 1st floor, where general meetings, conferences, and conferences are held.
  • A normal working and human atmosphere are created for research activities in the Institute.
  • The process of rejuvenating the collective is actively going on in the institute. It is enough to mention that in 2018-2019 19 employees were hired, of which 13 employees were under the age of 35. This process is in continuation. The researchers of the Institute will also continue to actively publish a series of articles in peer-reviewed, WOS, and Scopus indexed journals, the results of which are summarized at the annual general meeting.
  • It is a serious achievement to have a trilingual electronic website of the Institute, where the books published in the Institute are posted, as well as biographies of the Institute’s management (director, deputy director, scientific secretary, heads of departments, heads of topics), which give an idea of the complete scientific potential of the institute.
  • There is a carpet in the corridor of the 2nd floor of the institute.

In 2024 one of the offices on the 1st floor was occupied and renovated into Laboratory, for accelerating and further promoting the research activities of the Institute employees.
