The Institute of Economics named after M. Kotanyan of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, represented by the director, Doctor of Economic Sciences D. V. Harutyunyan, and the educational institution “Polotsk State University” (PSU), represented by the rector, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor O. A. Romanov, signed an agreement.
Recognizing the great importance of international cooperation, the parties undertake:
- to promote the organization of academic mobility;
- organize cooperation in the field of training highly qualified scientists;
- based on the results of joint scientific research, publish scientific papers in international publications included in the citation databases SCOPUS, WEB of Science, etc.
