The article presents the book containing applied proposals submitted to the RA Government by the Director of M. Kotanyan Institute of Economics of the NAS RA, Corresponding Member of the NAS RA, Doctor of Economics, Professor-Vladimir Harutyunyan during 2008-2020. The journal summarizes research works done by V. Harutyunyan in M. Kotanyan Institute of Economics of the NAS RA, during 2006-2020. Applied proposals resulting from that works were submitted to the RA Government.
It should be noted that many of these proposals have received some degree of legislative force. The book consists of 248 pages and is read with great interest and can be useful not only for people dealing with legislative issues but also for economists and students.
